Hello everyone.
A small sighting algae harvested at the Cascade des Pommiers near my home.

Very nice photos! They are very sharp, so great stacking results.

Great colour and clarity in those images, cell walls looks like glass!

Interesting to see this Matthias arrow in use.
He did some interesting stuff nearly 20 years ago but it was never recognized very much.

Great images! The first image with fleche de Mathias illumination looks almost like some of the enhanced contrast techniques used on modern microscopes, and the arrow can be used with a simple instrument equipped with just a basic Abbe condenser.
