5 images Not happy with the silicaflagulate, turning the inside dark
photo hosting

25 images Some darkening in places. I think this has to do with a transparent subject coupled with phase contrast distortion

7 images This turned out best IMHO

Well Radazz, to my eyes these are fine images of (to me) pretty unfamiliar subjects. You've gleaned a lot of detail from them as far as I can see; but what a difficult task you've made-good of!
To stack phase-contrast images with their many coincident focal-points in the Z-axis takes a lot of judgement to choose which images add-to and which detract-from such a stacked result.

Keep trying for certain, but this is surely a case of "keep up the good work" also!
