Hi folks,
Just learning my way with microscope imaging
Eyepiece projection
93 images, 4x objective, 10x eyepiece
Sort of darkfield oblique, I just make things up as I go along :)

Very nice. Even the "skin" cells are visible on the left side.

93 images? How did you get it to sit still to take 93 images?

Hi JGardener,
Basically it wasn't perfectly still.
The heart and gills were still moving, though at a decreased rate.
There was antennae movement.
Some bluring I left, (the gills) others I replaced in the final image by cloning in the parts from the sharp images.
The Daphnia was in a small drop of Glycerol, this constrained movement quite a bit.
After a swim in some fresh water I returned it to the jar of pond water I'm cultureing.
Plenty of room left for imporvements and final image.
