You're really getting the hang of this 'make awesome' routine
Do you reset the camera white balance for the green filter? I'm still trying to get my noggin around this whole process.

I have to reset the white balance after moving just across the slide, or I get pretty wild results.
First I stack the images with Picoley, then load into photoshop elements and do an auto enhance. If the specimen is particularly colorful, I will boost the saturation by 8 or 12%, and increase contrast to harden the image. I don’t add any colors, unless I blow away the background and color it. Not a lot of success there yet.
Creating a beautiful image is my goal, and I’m having a ball experimenting with this.
