Test of the home microtome. Cross section of a leaf of a wild plant taken with the Samsung Galaxy GT 1820 cell phone with the application Camera FV-5 (adapter to the microscope also home) to 100 Iso and infinite focus, a single shot to 200x processed with Photoshop CS6 and Topaz Adjust .
