4 more marine diatoms

#1 Post by 75RR » Tue Aug 28, 2018 6:33 pm

Plan 40x/0,65, DIC, 120µm, 6 image stack in Photoshop
Plan 40x/0.65, DIC, 130µm, 6 image stack in Photoshop
Plan 40x/0.65, DIC, 95µm, 17 image stack in Photoshop
Plan 40x/0.65, DIC, 145µm, 19 image stack in Photoshop

Images and specs are in order. 1st spec corresponds to first image and so on.
Cleaned up the background a bit as there were a lot of bacteria milling around cluttering things up.
All these done with the Plan 40x/0.65 which is easier to work with ...

Beautiful beyond words. Demonstrate the ornamentation of the frustule and, moreover, the xanthins and chlorophyll contents.
