No. 1 is probably Pyxilla johnsoniana.
No. 3 doesn't look like a diatom to me, but I'm far away from being a diatom expert.
It might be a sponge spicule.

Glad you like them, there will be more to come.
We are in agreement on your IDs. That spicule really grabbed my attention. I think it was about a 50 image stack to capture its depth.
The second one is playing mind games with me, I see it as convex, look away and back and it is concave. Goofy.

If it is a sponge spicule it must have been quite an effort for the sponge to develop it. The spicules I have found in diatom material or sand samples were much simpler in shape. It would be interesting to know the reason for this difference.
