Great catch! Really nice to see an amoeba that fills the frame, it provides such detail.

You don't give any information on illumination technique or objectives. What did you use?

By the way, if you wanted to have the video appear on your post you would have to press the youtube button on the toolbar
and insert the video code (just the video code) in this case: 8yTtm5nDnWk between the markers.

I used a PZO microscope with DIC. Nikon PlanApo 20X Objective. Panasonic AW-E860 camera
