Hi all, I'm enjoying my "new" Leitz Dialuz POL, circa 1960. I bought some thin sections from a gentleman in the UK, very nice quality. This is a volcanic rock from Germany with lots of glass (dark in polarized light) and some nice Olivine crystals. Cheers!

Nice job and very cool to see the crystal "pop" under the lighting. I'll bet it was even prettier through the eyepieces
