Vortex created by a Rotifer

This Rotifer created a beautiful to watch vortex which is clearly visible and I found it fascinating, you can even calculate the diameter and time-velocity integral factor if you're a crazy nerd (I did ).

The video is in real time speed and shot with my handheld cell phone(I bought a separate video camera, but it arrived without the reduction lens, there's always a catch so I have to wait another month for the reduction lens. Sorry for bad video quality).
