Cannabis trichomes

Greetings. Here are two pics of the trichomes on one of the so-called sugar leaves which grows inside the flowering mass (or the cola) on the cannabis plant. Growers consider the state of these trichomes as a harvest indicator. The micrographs show the three major stages, as the trichomes pass through clear through milky to amber.

Celestron USB microscope, edited in GIMP.
