Below are several images of Acridine orange stained protists taken with an older Nikon Optiphot microscope, most with 20X Nikon Fluore objective NA 0.75 and a Mercury vapour lamp using Blue excitation (420-485 nm). Recorded with a Nikon D500 camera at ISO 800.
