What is this?

Does anybody knows what is this? I used 100x oil and it’s from pond water. Raw unprocessed photo from my phone.

I'm no expert, but it looks like it could be Closterium.

Also, just a friendly reminder that there's also a Identification Help section that might be better suited for these type of posts :D

Agree it is a Desmid, nice catch.

The Resources (online, books etc.) section is worth rummaging through as it has a lot of useful info, such as:
