Picked up my mail yesterday

Thanks sinabro, they are quite amazing diatoms
Just rediscovered a 2017 post by hkv that seriously raises the bar!
I will of course be making several more attempts to capture its beauty - however, I can't see how I will get near to what hkv has done.
Still, half the fun is seeing how far one can get. Microscopy is a bit like golf, you play against the course.

The 25x shot is really nice to look at, would look awesome in a frame on the wall.
