Thanks ImperatorRex, I notice chloroplast movement in some of the diatoms I observe after a few minutes - I suspect it has to do with the intense light they are subjected to.

Vimeo does not work anymore but youtube still does.

Just place the youtube ID code, that is at the end of the video address, between the two youtube brackets that appear when you press the youtube button on the toolbar ... [youtube][/youtube]

To give you an example
