bacterias or germs

#1 Post by MicroInspector » Wed May 11, 2016 3:48 am

Anyone ever seen bacteria though their microscopes?
Has anyone ever grew bacteria for their microscopes?
I remember seeing on a news some takes a Cotton swab
And takes swipes in public bathroom
Swipes on the sink and door knob, toilet etc
And do a bacteria smear on the slide and stain it
And find out how unclean a public restroom is...
And the case about sal bacteria in the kitchens
Sal bacteria smears to
The microscope changed the way some think.
The microscope reveals the truth of life.

There is much useful information on various aspects of microscopy on the main website, which if you haven't already seen, may well be worth checking out and will answer many of your questions much better than I can:
