Olympus CX21 and Camera Canon Rebel T3

Hello, I am new here and in the world of microscopy. I have an Olympus CX21 (trinocular) microscope and I want to start taking pictures and videos of diatoms. I have a Canon Rebel T3 camera and I want to connect it to the trinocular. Do you think it works for me? What do i need to do it? Thanks a lot!
