Hi all,
I bought a Olympus CK back in February that i have been slowly rebuilding. I am looking to mount a camera. It came with the trinocular head and phototube/adapter ring. The phototube has an inner diameter of 23mm (i can fit an ocular in there) and the adapter ring converts the tube (male) to 26mm on the head (female). Would i be right in thinking that this is a "C mount"?
Then would i be right in thinking that i need a photo tube with a male c mount on both ends to connect a c mount camera to the microscope?
I am not looking for anything fancy for now.
I attached two photos, sorry for the quality of lighting.

Thanks in advance

Mounting a camera to an Olympus CK incerted microscope

The dimensions sound about right. A C-mount is 25mm

My Olympus IMT takes one on it.
Amazingly complex system though, a photo-eyepiece goes into the scope first, then the MTV tube which has a lens too, then the camera adapter with the 25mm female thread screws onto the MTV.
