question about leitz eyepiece 559208 and camera system

hi
I want to build a new camera system with Leitz 170 version Periplan eyepiece with thread .
Found leitz 559208 559231 519750 in china (NO FOUND 519 748, 519 749 and 518 058).
does leitz 559208 suit me?

i want to give up my variable lens ,because it not design for aps-c
by the way ,this is my new picture .onion :lol:

Sorry, I don't recognise that number; hopefully someone else will

From memory, though ... the recommended periplan was the high eyepoint one, illustrated here:

... note the 'spectacles' engraved on it.
The threaded top makes for very convenient adaptation.

I have take a risk again ,removed the cross.
This is my new camera system ,Found in photomacrography

I have take a risk again ,removed the cross.
Don't lose it, it will come in handy if you ever have to collimate the the head.

Just for interest, could you please post a couple of full resolution crops from DSC02099.JPG
... showing the micrometer scale lines
1. in the central area

Yes, the corner has a little more chromatic aberration, but not (I think) enough to cause any problem in normal use ...
It looks like you have a fine set-up there.

my camera lens is cheap but (still) not in very good condition(some fog in it).
