Problem with images and videos

Well the problem that appears to me this time is that any file is videos or images that I download from the Internet, it always appears when clicking on properties, which is seen in the photo, that the file could be blocked to protect the computer, with a box to mark and leave it normal, the problem is if I have to go file by file, that would be very tedious.
