Need help with Spot 35.5 Gigabit Insight camera

Does anyone own a Spot 35.5 Gigabit Insight camera?

If so, is it currently operational?

What OS are you using?

What software and version are you using to view the video?

Do you have any tricks to get it to work?

I have no experience with that camera, but their website seems very helpful. Have you tried the OEM software? (You can also download user guides.)

I have all of their documents on the camera and I've been contacting them by phone and email and they are of little help and I can never speak to an engineer or someone who actually knows the camera. I get a nice lady that just relays nonsensical instructions and doesn't really know anything about the camera or how it works. I need to find someone who has intimate knowledge of the camera and how to troubleshoot the operation. The company I purchased this camera from says they never tried to see if it worked and have never sold any of their other ones before. I was hoping they could guide me to a company that still successfully uses them, but they had no one to contact about the camera and software.

Are there any markings on your camera to confirm that it is part of the ‘Gigabit’ range ?
... That term is usually used for Ethernet connected equipment.
