Diatoms from a prepared slide of historical material
The first image of the slide itself has the information. The images that follow are of areas from the slide. The diatoms are mostly broken fragments, and I don't know enough about diatoms to know if the images are of any interest to someone, but I thought I'd post them since I have the slide. The last one is great! Somehow diatoms look nice on a black background!

Thank you very much for your kind comment. For darkfield, I use the DF position on my phase-contrast condenser which works for the 4x,10x, and 40x objectives.
