Water creature with eggs

#1 Post by hkv » Tue Feb 03, 2015 9:52 pm

Water creature with eggs (water flea?) from prepared slide. Dark Field, 10x. No stacking.
I struggled for an hour to clean up the background in Lightroom 5, but I gave up. I need more training...

I don't know what the critter is, but I agree with CE, and very nice colors. If you mean by cleaning getting rid of the small white spots in the lower right corner, I would use either the healing brush or the rubber stamp (assuming that those names are the same in Lightroom as in Elements), but it is, to my eyes, pretty clean already.

Great shot, for my opinion there is no need to clean up background, it`s wildlife ;)

Thank you all :) Manfred, you have a point. It is wild life! Still, learning Lightroom is the next thing I'll have to do. I am sure Lightroom has similar features as Elements.
