That is a very cool series of "action" shots.

Great collection of images! I love the idea of capturing an event over a series of individual images.

What time period are we looking at here?
They are faster (when they want to) than one generally thinks - probably about 15 to 20 seconds from first to last image.
Will see if I can put up a short video

The testa (shell) was 60µm

Very beautiful series, with very nice depiction of the (top, I think) surface of the shell. I was pleasantly surprised that the top of the shell (if I am right) and the pseudopod were in the plane of focus. Very nice!
