Unidentified plant stem section.

This is an unidentified plant,leaf stem transvers section.
Fixation-FAA
Emmbeding in PEG-1500
Hand cut section under stereo microscope.
Stained with Crystal violet,diffrentation with HCL-ethanol,stained with Safranin O
70% Glicerine mount

Now that's what I call staining. I wish I could get anywhere close to that level of brilliancy my friend - stunning colours! :D :D :)

BETWEEN THE easyzoom-brackets, only post the number (the ID of the image). In your case, only 94291!
