Hello everyone.
A crystallization observation of coffee maker descaler.
Mix of descaling agent with water and then spread on uncovered blade.

Do you have a image of what the slide looks like? I am curious how "thick" you spread the mix!

Those are simply amazing photos! I love the colors and textures. And, not having a coffee maker, I would never think to look at such a thing. Part of interesting microscopy, I think, is getting the crazy idea to look at something you never would normally.

Magnificent. I guess the stuff is citric acid. That is a common descaler.
