Great image! How did you prepare the slide?

Here is a blood smear with Pappenheim-stain:

Hi MicroBob,

I did not prepare the slide by myself. I bought this prepared slides set from ebay. Your slide is much clearer and contain more details, very beautiful one.

I actually like your inverted image very much. Is is very contrasty and colourful.
I have inverted your image back - it might have been stained the same way. I think that Pappenheim stain is a widely used blood stain.
My slide was made at a meeting of our microscopy group under supervision of a very knowledgable person. As always in microscopy you need a couple of substances you don't already have in your cupboard.

Hi MicroBob,

Thank you very much for your comment and for post the original photo of Human Blood smear.

It is very good to see it in Negative filter. Sometime it look like plant cell when the color is green.

Cheers,

Suphot
