Leitz 'water dipping cone'

I was fortunate to purchase one of these [the longer of the two versions] yesterday.
... It is just one component of the Ultropak, but it may be adaptable to other uses.

The reason I decided to share this news is that I also discovered this article on Underwater Microscopy which I feel sure that others will enjoy:

Looks like your next attachment is a SCUBA set?

I'm wondering if you can compare the Leitz Ultropak to other incident microscope setups, maybe Olympus MS or MDPlan, Neo, NeoSPlan etc.?? I ended up with a fairly complete Ultropak and haven't had a chance to work with it yet. It does look beautifully made, but not sure about the optics.
