Hi,
It's my first post!
I bought a olympus BX40 with
Plan 20x/.40 Ph1
Plan 40x/.65 Ph2
Plan 100x/1.25 Ph3 oil
On the condenser i have a wheel with:
O
DF
Ph1
Ph2
Ph3
Can i use do Darffield imaging? It's not working well.. Or a need a normal lens??
Phase contrast lens with darkfield?
Re: Phase contrast lens with darkfield?
Aha, I think for DF you need the top-lens of the condenser swung out (i.e. out of the light-path) and to use the x4, x10 objectives..... Keep the field-iris fully-open also.
