Looks like a watercolor painting. Wouldn't it be cool if it was, about 1x2 meters in size, hanging on my wall right now? 8-)

You're really getting the hang of this 'make awesome' routine :D
Do you reset the camera white balance for the green filter? I'm still trying to get my noggin around this whole process.

I have to reset the white balance after moving just across the slide, or I get pretty wild results.
First I stack the images with Picoley, then load into photoshop elements and do an auto enhance. If the specimen is particularly colorful, I will boost the saturation by 8 or 12%, and increase contrast to harden the image. I don’t add any colors, unless I blow away the background and color it. Not a lot of success there yet.
Creating a beautiful image is my goal, and I’m having a ball experimenting with this.
