Re: Miscellaneous Photomicrographs
Hi Rob,
thank you for showing these great images all taken with differnt contrast methods!
It shows that you know about photography - the images are not only taken well, but also edited well.

Re: Miscellaneous Photomicrographs
Very nice photos. Which wavelength did you use to excite the auto-fluorescence of the fern spores?

Great images in a nice selection of illumination techniques.

Those are excellent and very professional quality images, also very interesting.
I confess I haven't been commenting on posted images for a while. There are several members here who consistently produce interesting and professional quality images and they deserve all the compliments and encouragement that come their way.

Re: Miscellaneous Photomicrographs
Thank you. These are really quite lovely. I have yet to begin taking photomicrographs, this sort of thing is an inspiration.

Re: Miscellaneous Photomicrographs
Hi I used the green flourescence wavelength on my Nikon Optiphoto - believe its 550 nm.
I only have blue and green flourescence excitation filters.
Cheers

Hello RobBerdan,
impressive photos, although I love to see Volvox in its natural colours.
