thank you for showing these great images all taken with differnt contrast methods!
It shows that you know about photography - the images are not only taken well, but also edited well.

Very nice photos. Which wavelength did you use to excite the auto-fluorescence of the fern spores?

Great images in a nice selection of illumination techniques.

Those are excellent and very professional quality images, also very interesting.

I confess I haven't been commenting on posted images for a while. There are several members here who consistently produce interesting and professional quality images and they deserve all the compliments and encouragement that come their way.

Thank you. These are really quite lovely. I have yet to begin taking photomicrographs, this sort of thing is an inspiration.

Hi I used the green flourescence wavelength on my Nikon Optiphoto - believe its 550 nm.
I only have blue and green flourescence excitation filters.
