Hi,
I know this is nothing good or nice/interesting for you to see, but this my first time using the microscope with camera, just having fun with the prepared samples/specimen for now until i can prepare by myself, and also not high quality scope with amazing design/kit such as Phase Contrast or DIC and such, so please just accept it until one day i can have better microscopy setup.
The sample or specimen is "Plant stem damaged by game", i really don't know what is that, but i liked it.

Re: My first sample to show
Awww, thank you very much both, it helps me to get encourages and feedback, it will help me to improve and learn, but i admit although i like the sample but my imaging isn't good enough for this sample, maybe i have to redo it, i used a darkfield filter for this, not sure how much difference it will be if i used a darkfield condenser instead, it is dark with condenser, but the software surprisingly can compensate the exposure just good even if it is dark, so not sure if you really care i redo it again with darkfield condenser, or if you want to see it with brightfield so no more details or colors.
