Microscopes with screens built in any good?

Been looking at the Celestron dearer models, with built in 4.3 inch led screen.

Their reputation isn't that good, though I have never tried one myself.

Bad idea, IMO, unless you find one used at something like a garage sale for $30 or so. They can initially be fun for kids, but have pretty near zero future potential for upgrades and modest image quality to begin. And if the sensor or screen is ever damaged, you have a very lightweight boat anchor.

Celestron is typically the low end of microscopes, with as much $$$ going into promotion as product. And you're locking yourself into whatever camera and screen is permanently installed on the scope. Better to get a scope with decent optics and a decent mechanical build, add a cheap camera (still better than most in Celestron) and hook that to a tablet, laptop, or monitor. Most cell modern phones will have a better camera and screen. And three years later you may have a still better camera and screen on that phone.
