Hi from Hamburg, Germany

#1 Post by Peter Freimann » Sat Jul 06, 2019 1:03 pm

Hi all microscopy fans,
I am a retired (74 years old) chemical engineer. Since 3 years or so I am a hobby microscopist. My main instrument is a Leitz SM lux stand. Today my main interests are plankton organism, sand and polar light microscopy.
For photograpy I use a Canon EOS 500D DSLR attached to my SM lux via the old Pentacon M32 adapter.
I am an active member of the Mikrogruppe Hamburg (http://www.mikrohamburg.de/).
Greetings from Hamburg
Peter

Hi Peter,
nice to meet a second member of the MIKRO Hamburg on this nice forum.
There is a lot of interesting discussion going on and the tone is mostly friendly.
