Welcome ! very beautiful photos on the Flickr site. Please tell, how did you create the image of the yellow-red stained onion epidermis ?

Welcome Saul! The Alum shot in Rheinberg/Oblique/Cross polarisation is absolutely awesome.

Thanks !
It is not stained (never done yet :(), made with the Abbe condenser insert (https://flic.kr/p/2fSiEyK), using pol/oblique & Rheinberg illumination.
