Goodday,
How is everybody doing?
I was hoping you guys could help me out. I am looking for the right phototube to connect a leitz diaplan with a Canon EOS 5d mark III. The tube on top has a diameter of 37 mm. Any suggestions? I am currently drowning in all the options and terms for i am quite new at this.
Sincerely,
Jennifer

I suppose the first choice you have to make is whether to go 'afocal' or 'direct projection'

You should ask einman he has a Leitz Diaplan with what looks like a camera mounting on the phototube.
See here: viewtopic.php?t=6034
Hope that helps he may be able to tell you where he got it, or how he did it and what the part number is.
