Sample from a creek here in Australia Qld

I'm using a celestron microscope with 4, 10, 40, 100 times magnification. Eye pieces are 10 and 20.

Nice catch! Can't say more than that they are peritrich and probably colonial

Do give us some details on the objective used and of your microscope.

Thanks for that I've got the document now looks good.

I'll post up some details on my microscope later
