Protocols in Protozoology

#1 Post by Wes » Wed Aug 28, 2019 9:18 am

Have you ever wondered how to cryopreserve the flagellates living in termite intestines? Or perhaps how to attach sessile protozoa to coverslips? Maybe you want to culture a specific protist, stain Paramecium cilia or collect giant microaerobic ciliates. You can find all of this an lots more in this compendium of protist protocols

Hi Wes,
thank you for the link to this really exciting document!
It is so much work to work out, optimize and write down one protocol, how long will it have taken them to fill 655 pages!
I'm sure I will make good use out of it for the preparation on interesting and inspiring group meetings.

Bob
