#1 Post by Chadack » Sun Sep 01, 2019 1:40 am

Anyone know of any mobile apps you can use to stack photos?

I currently do not have a computer and want to stack image can anyone help me? Or if you know any that can run on Linux I can set that up on my raspberry pie 3b+

Thanks guys
I'm using a celestron microscope with 4, 10, 40, 100 times magnification. Eye pieces are 10 and 20.

Hi,
what OS are you using?

There is probably little available as focus stacking needs a lot of memory and number crunching power. Typical smartphone cams also don't know the command "focus one step closer", they just get the command "focus until sharp" and this wouldn't be a good basis for landscape focus stacking with the built in camera.

This is offered on the iOS AppStore:

... But the reviews are awful
