DeepL traslates that as:
I would like to know how I can glue that glue, i.e. what glue I can use or if there is any other way
I would suggest using a strong 'double-sided tape'

Contact cement. Spread a thin layer on both surfaces and let dry for 10-15 minutes (depending on ambient temperature). Then press them together, preferrably if you can secure the bond with a vice or something similar. It should be good within a couple of hours.

Loctite or superglue would be worth?

Loctite is a brand name, and does not identify a specific product

Superglue (from Loctite or any other maker) is a cyanoacrylate glue. It is fast-curing and forms a strong bond, but is very stiff. For rubber surfaces, it is only a temporary solution. Contact cement is elastic, a sort of rubber itself, so it complies well with streching or distortion of the surface. My experience, anyway. And no such adhesion holds forever...

Good point on the contact glue Hobbyst46

Perhaps the OP ( ivangallego24 ) would care to review the Phone adapter.

Original Amazon reviews suggested it was better suited to a monocular, be interesting to hear how it works on a binocular head.

Well in the end I used superglue brand loctite super glue cola-3 to have how much it holds, I think the superglue is extra strong
