Thanks Gekko! Btw as I noticed earlier you're one of the more active members of this forum and I was wondering... as person that lives in Belgium I'm currently a big fan of the brand 'Euromex = dutch microscope brand'. But I've also noticed that their aren't a lot of members on here who use Euromex microscopes. Do you know why? Does this brand have a negative reputation in this community?
Thanks in advance
Kind regards
Lawrence (Lichen09)

Lichen09, also welcome. Don't know anything about Euromex scopes other than what a quick search of the WEB showed but that should be a good place to research them.
Re: Greetings from Belgium (part 2)
Hello 75RR, I have a lot of experience with this brand of microscopes through my studies (and current study) but also friends (who are in the bryology field for example) are only giving positive comments on this brand and their microscopes.75RR wrote:Hi Lichen09, welcome.

Re: Greetings from Belgium (part 2)
Hi Lawrence,
I did some research on the Euromex brand of microscopes... By image comparison, it appears they are made in the same Chinese factory that makes Zeiss... It will be a high quality stand and will perform perfectly...
