strange compensation Plate/ slider

#1 Post by rs6000 » Sat Aug 01, 2020 5:31 pm

Hello all I purchased this on ebay for my Zeiss STD 18 scope and yes I do have Mono polar head with the opening slot for quartz slider plates
but to my surprise I've never seen something this small its like a miniature I know they have a standard DIn based opening and dimensions for these slider plates
but this even have a extremely small window I sure it would vignette.

BTW: its from a russian seller and he called it a lomo rot plate

any input would be helpful
