Euparal Protocols

#1 Post by Timemaster1212 » Mon Aug 10, 2020 9:27 pm

I’ve dipped my toes into the world on slide production with my first permanent slide: common housefly wing! While i do not currently have any images, i will post some after work, i noticed that the Euparal I purchased is still very liquid under the coverslip after ~40 hours. And i thought this was strange. While I’ve read it could take weeks to fully dry, i am not noticing an official protocol of any sort, not like Pleurax which has a sort of official protocol. Does anyone have a procedure that reduces the drying time? Thank you everyone in advanced!

YEA..NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS STINKY STUFF AT ALL....HARD ENOUGH JUST GETTING THE BOTTLE OPEN WITHOUT MAKING A MESS..THEN IT JUST RUNS AWAY DOWN THE SLIDE
