It does look a bit like someone is trying to send us a message, Saul. Maybe in Persian or Arabic script?

I'll leave it to someone else to note that Gaba is a mean ol' acid.

The human brain has a strong tendency to find "closure." That means it always tries to make sense of things, even when there is no sense. I often find marks on diatoms that appear to be factory brands or artists initials.
