White blood cells (leukocytes)

The concentration of white blood cells in blood is comparatively low. But when taken from the site of an infection, there are many of them visible. In this video I put some pus from an infection site on a slide and stain the slide with ink. The cells absorb the ink and become darker than the surrounding medium.
