I don't use the 4x much at all. 10x is fine for scanning the slide, imho. And I love having a mid-magnification oil objective.
Thus, with five spots, I would go: 10x, 20x, 40x Dry, 40x oil, 60x/100x oil.
And for the one phase objective, I think you would be happiest with a 20x.

Those scratches on the phase annuli might not be a big problem, as long as they let thought a decent ring of light. That said, I never use phase since getting DIC, so I wouldn't worry about them anyway.

Yeah I'm sorry for that, I realize now I should have said that it's for centering an epi illumination light source, as it's in no way specific to fluorescence.

Sure, the Nikon CFN plans would probably work just fine. But they are Plan Achromats. Good achromats, but probably not a huge difference to the PZO achromats the PZO scope comes with. I saw you linked a Nikon 160mm planapo. Since Nikon is kind of an outlier in terms of corrections in the finite era, I would stay away from them in a mix&match system.
