Re: Zoom stereomicroscope
I was not impressed with the motic smz171 when I tried it. Maybe mine was a bad copy but it did not seem particularly great. In the US it's easy, if I wanted a nice general purpose stereo I'd aim for an Olympus sz4045 or 6045 and get a third party copy trinoc port. Total cost maybe 500 dollars for ...

It seems that the two models have a 10-year warranty each, that's a good sign isn't it?

Re: Zoom stereomicroscope
So from what I understood, despite the high prices of these microscopes, you have to run away from the Bresser brand???
I believed that since they were already high prices they should have a more than acceptable quality

Eyepiece retaining screw problem
As I saw in the microscope manual, the eyepieces can be fixed by some small Allen screws that are in the eyepiece holders, but when trying with the corresponding wrench it does not seem to work, since the eyepieces can still be moved. Pipettes adquisition
At the end I bought these pipettes in an aquarium store, they serve to remove debris from the bottom and feed the fish as well, one is 30 milliliters and the other 50 milliliters respectively, I think they can be good for collecting samples from Water in many places, even the big one would help me t...

Moisture condensation in stereomicroscope
Hello everyone, my problem is today I have seen that on top of the slide turret and where the prisms are where the eyepieces go but on the outside I have seen that there was some condensed moisture, which was removed with toilet paper and a stick , and I have covered it again with the plastic, but i...

I have looked and everything seems to be in order, however it seems strange the blow has not misaligned the prisms and optics, it must be because it is not a toy microscope

I would like to know what that accessory that came with the digital camera adapter is for, at first I thought it would be something to be able to use larger cameras or other cameras.
