The barlow 2x lens loses some contrast in the middle, so I may hunt around for another lens at some point. The images are as sharp as they are without any lens attached. I wonder if you could offer your services anywhere online for that kind of mod for the microscope model you have?

I've made a selection of filters that enable a brightfield microscope to be used as a darkfield one. I've also added s little stand to put the cooling-filter in just above the light source, as I found in my microscope I couldn't fit the color filter in as well as the darkfield into the tray at once....
