Re: DIPLE smartphone microscope
Looks like so. They wrote they've started shipping orders last fall and are placing ads on Facebook, so it seems this scope is available.

Re: Canon EOS DSLR to 23.2mm adapter
Thanks to all!
So it looks like the one with lens is a better choice. As I saw in video 2x adapter was used. I also spotted 0.5x and 9.6x options on Ebay, the last one was significantly cheaper. Does it makes a sense to try 9.6x or it will give an empty magnification most likely?

Canon EOS DSLR to 23.2mm adapter
Hi All, Could you please advise is it a good idea to buy DSLR to eyepiece adapter? Something like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Metal-Bayonet-Mount-Lens-Adapter-23-2MM-for-Canon-EOS-DSLR-Cameras-to-Microscope/353135869781 Of course it'll be necessary to use a tripod :). But what about picture quali...

Thank you crb5!
So you wouldn't recommend to buy reduction lens?
I also came to idea that mounting camera over eyepiece could be a better choice but can't give up the convenience on bundled cam yet.

Re: What magnification does AmScope MD130 1.3MP camera have?
So the camera gives an image comparable to one that one would see if he/she looked at x40 eyepiece thus we say that camera has an apparent “magnification” of x40. Got the idea, thank you!

What magnification does AmScope MD130 1.3MP camera have?
Hi All, Could you please advise what magnification does AmScope MD130 1.3MP camera have? Amazon listing states that it has x40 magnification https://www.amazon.com/AmScope-MD130-Microscope-Magnification-Software/dp/B005NCBXT2 and indeed image seems closer to that x25 eyepiece gives but somewhat bigg...

Re: How to clean x40 objective from inside?
Here is the photo of a dust (photo made from the thread side). And it looks like it's really inside because I tried to clean external surface couple of times but it had absolutely no effect. I wish I knew how all these dust got in there. Head side looks good. To clean, or not to clean? That is the q...

Re: How to clean x40 objective from inside?
If you rotate the head and continue to look through the eyepieces do the dust specks stay in the same place? I have just checked and it did  So I revisited everything one more time it turned out that the issue was with one of eyepieces and the camera (accidentally specks were in the close po...

How to clean x40 objective from inside?
Hi All, I looks like mine AmScope x40 objective has a dust on internal lens' surface. There are dots that present only when I use x40, they don't move when specimen or eyepiece moves. Cleaning outside doesn't help at all, so dust is rather inside. What is the best way to clean it? I already tried bl...
